Amfibian Studio

Build process models,
then validate them before production

Studio is the development and validation environment where process engineers define product, tool and process context and build their own models and control logic. Check process scenarios, expected outcomes and constraints in a Digital Twin, then connect to Runtime. Studio can also be used on its own, working with real process data in a private environment the customer controls. Add Runtime later when production operation is needed.

Model development and
validation in one workflow

It's not just a model file — the process context and validation criteria are kept too, so they can be reused for the next model.

01

Define process context

Define products, tools, process steps, manipulated variables, targets and constraints as the starting point for modeling.

02

Configure models
and control logic

Use the DOE, Virtual Metrology and Process Control Apps to build and edit the models and control structures you need.

03

Validate in a Digital Twin

Check expected outcomes, exception cases and feasibility before applying to real production.

Scale from one engineer to a full team and production

Studio lets you start with model development and validation, without connecting to production systems.

01

Studio Engineer

A private workspace for an individual engineer working with real process data.

02

Studio Team

A shared environment for teams to manage projects and model assets together.

03

Expand to Runtime

Add Runtime when validated models need to operate in actual production.
